Photographers often say that their sessions are a dream…but in this case, it’s the absolute truth. The mountains are my absolute happiest place. So you could say I was beyond thrilled when Catherine suggested a Black Balsam Knob engagement session. I’d been there previously with my family and knew how gorgeous it was, so I was stoked by the time of their session. We had the moooost perfect weather, which can be tricky in the mountains. It really was just the best time hanging out with these two and photographing them in one of my favorite places. Their upcoming wedding at The Ruth is going to be such a joy!
