Once in a blue moon, the stars align and everything on a wedding day is absolutely perfect. Sean and Maddie’s wedding day at Trump National Golf Club in Charlotte was one such day.
Now listen. This is not to say that I don’t love other wedding days. Of course I’m biased, but they’re all so beautiful and incredibly special. But typically something will happen- hair and makeup might run over, or there’s a snafu with getting the dress on, or, most commonly, there’s just one part of the day that’s a really tricky lighting situation.
Not one of these things happened on October 3rd. It was a combination of a chill bride and groom, an amazing timeline with breathing room, a wonderful group of vendors, and the most gorgeous venue. An absolutely stunning couple, a beautiful color palette, and an emotional groom certainly didn’t hurt, though.
I know that saying you’re obsessed with something is really overdone. But truly, I’m in love with this wedding day. It was incredibly hard to narrow down my favorites for this post. Maddie was so full of joy the entire day, and I was literally tearing up looking at Sean’s reaction to seeing his bride- both during their first look, and as she walked down the aisle to become his wife.
