A couple months ago, I was so honored to have been able to be part of a styled shoot with some amazing wedding industry vendors. I have a thing for the classic pink and blue hues, but with a dusty and muted undertone. I looove soft and romantic, so that’s the theme we wanted to go for when putting together this styled shoot.
Marla Lawson Events is such a talented event designer, and I loved working with her and watching her bring these ideas to life. She was so perfectly able to create a simple, natural, and beautiful tablescape that just exuded soft romanticism. The pops of gold and marble were beautiful accents. I literally could have shot her work alll day long! Vintage Soul Floral Design did the florals, and she perfectly captured the color scheme! The soft pinks and whites with the pops of green – I just loved the natural, organic look!
We had a threat of rain all day during the shoot, but it managed to hold off until the very end. I love the more dramatic skies it gave us for portraits, though! A few months old, but I’m still in love with this shoot! I’m so grateful to all the phenomenal vendors involved! Make sure to check out them out below.
This shoot was also FEATURED on the Bustld blog, so make sure to head there and give it some love, too!
Morning Glory Farms has the CUTEST bridal getting ready cottage! The whole interior is white, and the main room is lined with windows (alllll the natural light, can I get an AMEN!). Two studios chairs in front of gorgeous mirrors, a white couch, a separate room for all of your things, and a large full length mirror make this getting ready cottage a complete DREAM!
And let’s just talk about this Hayley Paige Nessy gown for a moment, shall we? Muted blush pink, lace overlay, deep sweetheart neckline, open back, and an add on tulle skirt for two stunning looks in one. Jaw. Dropped.
Writefully His did the invitation suite, and they completely knocked it out of the park! The blue thistle liner, the blush pink envelope, and the rose gold wax seal…oooh m goodness.
How amazing of a job did Anna at State of Grace stylist do?! Obsessed with Emily’s hair and makeup!
Morning Glory Farms has no shortage of gorgeous places to shoot! I was just a little obsessed with this arch (insert all the heart eye emojis’ here).
