Seniors are some of my favorite people to photograph. I love learning what they’re passionate about, what their plans are. At 17/18, the WHOLE world is ahead of them, and I love getting to capture their excitement at this time! Also, almost done high school- no one is ever NOT excited about that!
I have 2 little kids, and I have a lot of hopes for them as they grow up. But I hope daily that they grow up to be as sweet of a person as Kailey. She’s been to Haiti 6 times and is planning on doing an internship there, and it’s so amazing to see someone’s heart for others formed so clearly at such a young age! You can tell how much she loves the island its people just from talking to her. She’s definitely a rising world changer, and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to get to know her!
Y’all, let me tell you about this session. I had so been looking forward to it, so when the rainy day arrived, I refused to give in. We found a cute covered spot, Kailey was a phenomenal trooper, and we got some gorgeous images. From looking at these, you would never know we had some pouring down rain and gray skies!
Kailey, thanks so much for letting me drag you into the rain and for being a superstar in the cold! You’ve got eyes to kill for and are a beautiful person, inside and out!
