Luke + Hannah | A Charleston Engagement Session

He stole her jewelry so he could get her ring size without her knowing. She realized jewelry was missing but didn’t think much of it. And then he managed to get her grandmother’s engagement ring, also without her knowing. So when he proposed on one of their favorite beaches in Australia, she was surprised by more than just the proposal itself. With her grandmother’s ring on her finger, Hannah and Luke will tie the knot in April. Hannah’s grandmother herself is going to be their flower girl, and I’m pretty sure that’s the absolute sweetest thing I’ve ever heard!

I wish I could accurately explain to y’all just how adorable Luke and Hannah are! I almost didn’t believe them when they said they had never had their photos taken before. They were SUCH naturals! Looking at the images, though, it’s clear why- they are SO in love! The way he would just look at her (fondly called his “Hannah look”), and the sweet smiles that were just for him- gah! I literally could have photographed them all day long. The fact that we were in gorgeous Charleston didn’t hurt much, either. And so many props to them- it was a little chilly this day, and they had just moved back from Australia about 3 weeks prior! So glad they made time for these photos- I definitely think it was worth it! 😉

Luke and Hannah, thank you so SO much for letting me capture these for you! I had a blast with y’all, and I hope you have the best wedding in just a few short months! So many good wishes for y’all!
